Conditions of Participation:

The competition is organised by Mayrhofen Tourist Board. Employees of Zillertal Booking GmbH and Mayrhofen-Hippach Tourist Board as well as their relatives are excluded from participation. Eligible to participate are natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and have answered all obligatory questions of the Feel-Good survey when prompted. Closing date for entries is 15.05.2024. The draw takes place with the exclusion of legal recourse.

No correspondence will be entered into with regards to the competition. Terms and conditions of participation are governed by Austrian law. Klagenfurt is the place of jurisdiction. By participating, you agree that your name may be published if you are drawn as a winner. The winners will be notified in writing.  No guarantee is assumed for the disclosure of the winner. A cash payment instead of the prize is not possible.

Data Protection Declaration:

In order to participate in the competition, you are required to provide personal data. You confirm that the personal details you have provided, in particular your first name, surname and email address, are true and correct. Zillertal Booking GmbH confirms that the data will only be processed for the purpose of processing the competition in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR and will be deleted no later than two years after the end of the competition.

Marketing:

If you have given separate consent by e-mail, your data will be used to send you information by e-mail or by post about products, services and events offered by Zillertal Booking GmbH as an intermediary via the digital marketplace, myZillertal. This processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Your consent can be revoked at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out thus far. Said revocation must be submitted in writing to Zillertal Booking GmbH, Lakeside B03 A-9020 Klagenfurt am Wörthersee or to office@zillertalbooking.at.
