General information: Admission to the event is only permitted for those 18 years and older. No financial refund will be given if the legal age requirements are not met. Tickets are personalized. The name on the voucher must match the participant of the event. When exchanging for the festival wristband, the personal details on the ticket will be checked again with your ID/passport.
