Our kitchen line is simple and clear. We select the ingredients we use according to the season. Game from local hunts is processed in-house.
Game dishes such as venison carpaccio, roast chamois, venison fillet and venison medallions are on offer. Side dishes such as spaetzle, dumplings, red cabbage, Schupfnudeln etc. are all home-made.
In addition to kitchen classics such as Wiener Schnitzel and roast onion, you will also find regional specialties such as spinach and cheese dumplings and venison ravioli on our menu. Our guests who choose half-board can choose between three main courses, with a vegetarian dish to choose from.
