Our newly built Apart Mathias is located in a quiet yet central location just 5 minutes from the Horbergbahn, your direct entry point to the Mayrhofen - Penken - Tux ski area. The ski bus stop is directly across from the house.

The ground-floor apartment for 2 to 4 persons features a cozy and well-equipped living kitchen with a comfortable couch (sleeping couch) and flat-screen TV. Two separate bedrooms ensure restful sleep and plenty of privacy. Additionally, you have a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower and toilet at your disposal. A ski room with a boot dryer is also available. Furthermore, a free parking space is provided. Depending on availability, you can also park your car in our covered carport. Our nearby bakery also offers a bread roll service. The terrace with a view of our local mountain, the Ahornspitze, invites you to relax and recharge. Or simply to end the day with a glass of wine.

Apart Mathias is located directly on the bike path and the Zillerpromenade. Three climbing routes of varying difficulty are just 5 minutes away. In the immediate vicinity, there is also a paragliding practice slope, as well as the children’s playground Auenland. In winter, there is a lit cross-country ski trail.
