The Tristenbachalm is located two kilometres east of the mountaineering village of Ginzling. The Floiten valley opens up after the gorge, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Floitenkees, which is the lowest glacier in the Eastern Alps. In summer, the Floiten valley shines with its green flowering alpine meadows, while in winter the white colour of the snow dominates the landscape.
The sun terrace can accommodate around 80 people in summer. The hut is divided into the traditional front and rear restaurants, a small regulars' table, the bar and the kitchen. The "Kuhstall" is available for larger groups or events.
Events and hut evenings on request!
Törggelen from October every Friday and Saturday from 5.30 pm!
