After the first use (access at the reader of a Zillertal cable car), the refund conditions according to the General Terms and Conditions apply. Please submit cancellation requests by email to help@myzillertal.app, refunds will always be made to the originally selected payment method. If your ticket was paid for using a voucher, you will receive a voucher from Zillertal Booking GmbH, which you can redeem in our webshop.
